Vacancy Description

The successful candidate will be completing with the following activities:

Processing customers orders, creating and sending contracts
Raising invoices, processing and taking payments
Keeping computer databases up to date
Interacting with clients on the phone
Advising clients of products and services
Answering telephone and connecting calls to the correct department
Being the first point of contact for visitors
Learning about the company's available products/services
Educating clients about what products/services are available and how to purchase them
Building relationships with clients
Sending emails and making telephone calls
Providing office support including customer and employee support

Sales Coordinator Apprentice (YBC)

Vacancy Description
YBC is one of the most successful independent companies in the Facilities Management sector, operating around the South East and London. Due to company expansion we have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Coordinator Apprentice looking to start their career in a thriving company.

You will be the first point of contact within the Sales Team, dealing with queries from customers and prospective customers as well as other internal departments.

You will be on hand to coordinate and support the rest of the Sales Team as necessary to ensure YBC exceed the expectations of any potential and existing customers by delivering a polished and efficient service whilst further increasing the growth of the company in all aspects.

Your Role
Point of contact for sales enquiries, team diary management

Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email

Contributing towards sales processes – quotations, new contract start-ups, sales meetings etc

Sales Administration – document control, database updates, aiding in tender uploading/sending etc

Preparing proposals in Word format, utilising templates for different industry sector

Potential Contract Procurement

Completion of PQQ’s/Tender

Aiding New Contract Start Ups

Active attendance at internal meetings –eg handovers

Producing reports to highlight sales progress and performance

Ad Hoc duties as required

Making outbound telephone calls to potential prospects to generate new business appointments for the BDM’S

Customer Services Apprentice (LM)

Landmark Information Group are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Apprentice to join their busy Customer Services Team based in their vibrant Reading office. You will be passionate about providing high quality service, support and advice to customers.

A typical day will involve you supporting customers via the telephone, email and incoming post. You will undertake on the job training to investigate all customer queries fully using the available documentation and liaising with the product, consultancy and data teams. Full training internal systems (including MS Office and Salesforce) will also be provided to enable you to record any information relating to customer interactions.

One aspect of the role will involve assisting with the day to day running of one of their specialist probate products providing the opportunity to follow an order through from receipt to dispatch and becoming an expert in this product. Additionally, you will provide broader customer services support to the Legal, Environment and Mapping sectors of the team. This will give you the opportunity to learn how each of these market sectors operate and the different approaches required by each of them.

The tailored training and guidance we provide, combined with your commitment and desire to succeed, will ensure you have the right skills and knowledge to excel in your Apprenticeship.

To be considered for this apprenticeship it is essential that you are keyboard proficient and have strong PC skills as well as a working knowledge of the internet.

Your written and verbal communication skills will be effective and accurate in addition to you possessing a polite, professional telephone manner.

You will have the ability to organise, prioritise, plan and follow through on multiple concurrent tasks and respond positively to working within strict timeframes.
