INTERESTED IN RECRUITING YOUNG PEOPLE?
We offer young people a start in their chosen area of work by providing training in an office environment. The qualification and training equips them for clerical and administrative roles and also I.T. support, build/repair roles.
What are the benefits of work placement?
- We will manage the entire process for you
- You will also recieve CV's and interview the trainees (we meet and assess the applicants before sending you CVs)
- You have a three month probation period to get to know the young person
- You have the opportunity to monitor monthly progress with a member of our staff
Before they join you the trainees will have received diploma standard training in the Microsoft packages, completed Functional/Key Skills and have received Life Skills training in areas such as: working as a team. They will have used our business telephone.
How much will it cost me as an employer?
You do not pay the trainee a salary during the placement. We do not charge a recruitment fee but there is a weekly charge to cover our up-front in-house costs, and the apprentice also receives an allowance.

INTERESTED IN WORK BASED QUALIFICATIONS?
We deliver work based qualifications, which means that an assessor comes to the place of work, usually for an hour once every three weeks to provide the training for the employee, and to set work for them to complete for the next assessor visit. Work based training relates directly to the job that the employer currently undertakes.

How much will it cost me as an employer?
The qualification is government funded and is available to all ages*. The only cost to you would be a small charge for registration and certification.
* The only exclusion is that the candidate must not have a degree and must have been resident in the UK for at least three years.
